Freshly whipped creamy SOBAGAKI.
Our standard “SOBAGAKI” (buckwheat dumpling) whipped to a softer, creamier consistency and served rustic without being shaped.
Enjoy the pure aroma of 100% stone-ground, coarsely textured buckwheat flour with a drizzle of soy sauce, accompanied by green onions, grated daikon radish, and wasabi.
